Refund Policy (Zelryn)

1. General Policy

Zelryn subscriptions are available at $25 AUD per year or $5 AUD per month.

Due to the low-cost nature of the service, refunds are generally not provided.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered if:

• You were charged in error
• There was a technical issue preventing access to the service

Requests must be made within 14 days of the charge.

3. Free Trial

A 14-day free trial is provided so you can evaluate Zelryn before being charged.

You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.

To request a refund, please use the in-app messaging feature within Zelryn and include:
